StreetWatch Building Signup Form
To help assist law enforcement efforts in the Garment District area, the Garment District Alliance (GDA) is implementing a new, district-wide security camera system called "StreetWatch". Through this program, the GDA is offering qualifying buildings external security cameras to provide comprehensive coverage of our area.
Working with district-based IT and Security firm CK Technology Group, the GDA will furnish, install and provide routine repair or maintenance of a free camera. Property owners will only need to provide the nominal electrical service and internet access.
The camera footage would be accessible by the GDA, the NYPD and the District Attorney’s office. Participating property owners would also have access to the feed from the cameras attached to their building (username and initital password will be provided upon installation completion).
